Some people aren't afraid to proclaim their geekyness to the world. I, for one, am.

Well the show was a little glitched, especially at the star :)

The main thing that got me in that video is this: why the hell did allmost all ? blocks that gave coins give 2? Seems someone forgot their generic mario info.

Awesome movie! Oh. And those multi coin blocks has a time limmit right? So if you just grab one coin and wait a few seconds I recon they will only give you one more coin. Or was that another game perhaps?

That was pretty ... trippy. Now if they only would practise this for a year or two and then do it really fast and smooth. :D

That was the coolest talent show act I've ever seen. I wonder whether it was drugs, school-induced comas or week-old pizza that inspired this run.
TASing or playing back a DOS game? Make sure your files match the archive at RGB Classic Games.

You'll get hard time using frame advance (and watching memory content, too). :P

Yeah, we should try to convince Luke of developing a direct "brain <—> computer" interface. A little patch is all we need!

Screw frame advance, I want save-states!

Awesome movie! But I saw some potential improvments in it and started running it myself. Currently I'm 40 frames ahead. EDIT: Damn! My brain crashed and all my work is gone :/

i would like to help you TASing it. i think that if we use tools (like hooks to hold bushes) we can improve it in several seconds

/me thinks of creating a POV-Ray animation that shows a machine that moves all those background stuff around and a marionetti Mario puppet operated by another machine. On the other hand, I never have excess free time :( (Not to mention that the idea is no longer novel.)

not to shabby. The person running the switchboard for the audio must've been a little high when he was trying to switch to the star music, but the crowd still loved it. I must say out of a 1-10 I would give it a 10 for creativity, 6 for sound, and a 10 for originality.
