I started running this game and it showed up to be fun. Is here any one who'd like to see a TAS of this game?

There have been attempts before, even a rejected submission (which you can search for). I also made the first level of it but stopped because i didn't think it was interesting.

Okay, because of huge demand I'll start to do this best I can. Here's the first stage. It's not final version but it's still pretty fast. Is someone is willing to go through those pizza eating contest for me? (don't like them one bit)

Questions: 1) Are you planning on using the warps, or doing it warpless? 2) Why do you hit all of the big scrolls instead of just collecting them? The only scroll that you will probably need is the black running one, so this probably doesn't matter. 3) I think that you missed some hidden multipliers already. They can make the eating contest go much faster. Is this intentional?

Because of the nature of this game, it's very doubtful this will be published, no matter how well it's done. krieg747's run guanobowl's run If you're having fun making it, keep at it! I just wanted to make sure you were aware of the situation.

your movie is 201 frames slower than my movie and i don't kill any enemies, which i think is impressive in this game. here is the link

1. It's going to be warpless 2. It's just for entertaiment. And this is only a test run. 3. I haven't been studing this game at all so I don't know yet where they are. I'll just take a look at the Gamefaqs and do another proper run.

1 - it's faster 2 - we don't need a long movie of this game. we only need 1 movie, that is as fast as possible whatever it takes. 3 - it's more varied than doing just pizza contests over and over. watch my movie file

but your movie file isnt as fast as possible whatever it takes, because you need to slow down sometimes instead of killing enemies, right?

Why don't you try the Japanese version (Kamen no Ninja Hanamaru) and see if you like it better? In my opinion it had a much less silly story and better graphics, but gameplay is unchanged.
someone is out there who will like you. take off your mask so they can find you faster. I support the new Nekketsu Kouha Kunio-kun.

Is it faster to kill the enemies or dodge them because it seemed like FODA's run could've been faster if he had killed some of them. Also, what is the point of the pizza eating contests anyway?

the pizza eating contests are the bosses of each level. he who eats the most wins. each turn you play an amount of pizza and the difference is what you (or the enemy, if he put more pizza than you) will eat. I did it without killing enemies because otherwise the game is too easy and boring to watch. This is the only way i found to make it impressive. Of course it's slower, but it's called pacifist run. - finishes as fast as possible without killing a single enemy. Boco, haven't heard about that, i'll take a look.

i was the person who attempted this run first. I think it was rejected solely based on the fact that it was not interesting to watch, rather than it not being done well. i thought i did a good job, and have the fastest run time by at least a minute over the past runners. just make sure you beat 23:11 or whatever i got. i used warps.

hmmm your movie had only 573 re-records and was made in famtasia, i'm sure it's improveable by a big margin. it's a starting point though. but i still believe this would be best made in a pacifist run.

I made a sloppy test run of this and it finishes the movie at 21:57... some warps are usefull, but others aren't. also the pizza contest was perfectly manipulatable, except for the last boss. That guy didn't want to go down in just 2 turns, had to do it in 3. i noticed 2 bugs: - horizontal moving plataforms can push you inside walls - you can keep dashing speed even after powerup is over if you just keep jumping as soon as touching the ground.

cool^^ but why sloppy? does it have noticeable mistakes? or do you mean 'sloppy' because it wasnt something really planned and all? can you upload the replay?!^^

Sloppy as in it doesnt do things as fast as possible or precisely. Actually it is NOT sloppy untill about 5th stage, but after that i just wanted to check route, so i went sloppy. Ok here's the file: http://www.angelfire.com/ex/uobt/yo-noid_foda_v3.zip

if you are checking route, doing this test-run, does it means you are going to try it seriously? ^^
