Should any unforeseen circumstances delay this time, the delay will be accounted for during the voting period to allow at least one full week of voting. You are allowed and encouraged to nominate multiple candidates, and you may not self-nominate. Keep in mind that two or more separate nominations are required for an option to make it into the poll. Warning: When making decisions, I try to collect as much data as possible before actually deciding. I try to abstract away and see the principles behind real world events and people's opinions. I try to generalize them and turn into something clear and reusable. I hate depending on unpredictable and having to make lottery guesses. Any problem can be solved by systems thinking and acting.

[5844] ZXS Magicland Dizzy by DigitalDuck in 18:37.65 I think this is the best egg based game TAS for this category, which is such a highly specific thought to have. The skips and glitches make this game go by quickly and I find it neat. [5967] ZXS Jetpac by EZGames69 in 10:46.34 I know this game from Donkey Kong 64! It's cool to see this game completed so fast with lots of luck manipulation.

Exotic platforms TAS of 2023
[5935] PICO8 Stranded Isle "glitchless" by rythin in 03:11.10 The routing and RNG manipulation in this TAS is super impressive, and the gameplay looks chaotic just like any good TAS should. It's the best PICO-8 TAS to be published this year IMO.
