With an input file of an improved first stage readily available, and having been readily available since your first submission for this game, there is no excuse to continue to be slower than it in a new submission. Take that input file and learn from it, see how it handles things like jumping from ropes, and then apply that knowledge in better ways to improve that level further. Continue to do this for the rest of the game. Every frame counts. There should be no visible mistakes or suboptimal movements anywhere in the run, let alone within the first minute. It may take thousands, even tens of thousands of re-records, but have patience and you will achieve incredible results.
