Have this strange region thing separated by a black square. I can walk through it but it will only render one side at a time. Im using plugin GLideN64, but all the plugins that are available to me behave the same way There are several areas where this occurs, including Gloomy Galleon where the lighthouse ship would not load in until I swam out of bounds into that area. I googled for some time and couldn't find any other people with this issue, any idea whats going on? Edit: Curiously when I get far enough away, it will render beyond the black box, but I need to be very far.

N64 emulation is tricky business, particularly because BizHawk uses an out-of-date version of Mupen. Newer N64 emulation is more accurate and probably likely to have resolved that problem (though it's still considered one of the more complicated consoles to emulate). I'm no N64 expert though; I haven't really used it that much. Therefore, there may be some actual direct solution to your problem.

This is a bug with the interpreter/pure interpreter core types. You need to use the Dynarec core type in the plugins settings. If you are using a 2.x version of BizHawk, then Dynarec won't be in the list. As such, you need to downgrade to 1.12.x or 1.13.x in order to have dynarec to fix this bug.
