I saved about 40 frames here by better understanding the ball in the upper left corner.
To fall optimally through the level, you want the ball not to spawn. In order to get the ball not to spawn at the start of a level, it should be bouncing at the end of the previous level. By delaying pressing up at the end of level 1 by two frames, you can set the ball up correctly for the next two levels and not have any delays.

Fog: Judging.
Fog: Nice improvement compared to the previous publication. However, I do not believe this run can maintain the Moons tier with the audience reception this run has received.
Accepting for Vault as an improvement to the previous publication.
feos: Atari, pls.

What audience reception?
A hundred years from now, they will gaze upon my work and marvel at my skills but never know my name. And that will be good enough for me.

Exactly.
Warning: When making decisions, I try to collect as much data as possible before actually deciding. I try to abstract away and see the principles behind real world events and people's opinions. I try to generalize them and turn into something clear and reusable. I hate depending on unpredictable and having to make lottery guesses. Any problem can be solved by systems thinking and acting.
