Post subject: Commodore 64 disk bundling help - can't run games

I need help in loading Commodore 64 games on multiple disks. I put in LOAD"*",8,1 then I RUN but it had an error.

What game specifically are you trying to run? What error message are you getting?

It was probably an obscure game and I was having a read error. It is a 2-disk game I think.

It is not an emulator related error, but a disk read error within the emulated system.

Definitely an emulator bug. Hard to tell what it is, but disk writing is known not to work in the emulator, so if the game is attempting to write to disk and checking the write, then it will fail (also known to happen with Family Feud.) This is unlikely to be fixed in the near future unless Saxxon returns.

I tried to implement writes, but the results weren't that great. The write logic seems to be different than the read logic. Something for the to-do list for sure.
