Hi Whenever I'm trying to load a savestate Bizhawk crash with this weird message: 
System.ArgumentException: 1 is not a supported code page.

I'm running on Windows 10, last update of the Anniversary edition, with a GTX 970 and the latest drivers, Bizhawk is unzipped in its folder and has all the admin authorizations. This problem occurs with any version, and is likely to be happening only since I did the anniversary update of Win10. If anyone has a possible solution I would be glad to hear it :) Thanks

Have you tried this https://github.com/TASVideos/BizHawk/releases/tag/1.11.8.2 What Core(s) have you tried?

I've tried with versions from 1.11.0 till 1.11.8.2 now, the thing is that I didn't have this problem before august (the moment I updated to win 10 anniversary. I tried with NES, SNES and GBA and different cores, always bring the same issue :|

Windows is fucked. Switch your system language to English or something else latinish.

Yeah I know that windows sucks in many ways, but I need it. What do you mean by "switch your system to something latinish"? I got it in English already.

Try deleting your config.ini file. That should force BizHawk to reset all settings and allow it to work again.

Thx but I think it's related to my system, I have to reinstall my OS properly, I have some little bugs with other softwares too, I've tried many things and it should be the final solution :D Thanks for your patience!
