Is there a good explanation of that super grinding glitch anywhere? Because it just looks like a lame TAS when I don't understand what's actually going on.

i'm thinking about to do a Mario Kart Wii 32 Tracks TAS Speedrun.
Rules (or are there any Standards?:
CCM: 150
Com's: Hard
Item's: Normal
Vehicles: Bikes & Karts
First at all i'd like to ask if my Video Quality is good enough to get accepted.

I will record with N-Vidia GeForce Experience in 1080p and play with the Dolphin Emulator,

Since you have some trouble understanding terms and rules on this website. TASes are submitted to the site as an input file, not as an video file. A TAS is produced with the help of tools, it's not made like a speedrun/RTA/Letsplay/etc, it's a very different process to make a TAS than it is to make a regular gameplay video.

It's good to upload a video of the TAS to YouTube (because it will make your TAS easier to watch without having to wait for a proper submission encode), but it's not required. Making an input file is always required.
If you need to cut a video of the TAS, you are probably doing something wrong. If you have an input file, you can record a video file without cutting anything (unless you need to do it to avoid Dolphin desyncing often, which isn't unheard of).
To start making an input file, use Emulation > Start Recording Input in Dolphin.

Ok i wanted to play it with a normal wiimote and nunchuck and allways reload at hard passages.

Note that you'll need to match all known TAS records for every course for your TAS to be accepted, so you'll have to perform sufficient optimization to tie or improve these records.
EDIT: I just realized that single track TASes are usually in time trial mode, with no CPUs. So it may be difficult to compare them directly. But there should be no obvious mistakes or omissions of time-saving tricks.
