I pick any two bosses to fight for their weapons of my choosing then it goes to any% from there. I play Doppler stages with their weapons.

TAS i'm interested: Megaman series, specially the RPGs! Where is the mmbn1 all chips TAS we deserve? Where is the Command Mission TAS? i'm slowly moving away from TASing fighting games for speed, maybe it's time to start finding some entertainment value in TASing.

yeah i couldn't get arm chip without the arm upgrade, so there must be some kind of glitch involving password or something else, because i had other armor upgrades, maybe there's a specific version of the game that it works?

Tried a few times using his setup on PS1 ver but no luck there, maybe only works on SNES ver http://www.mmhp.net/Passwords/MMX3/ The password generator can generate glitched password with multiple enhance chips but only works on SNES ver, the 32-bit version (PS1,PC,X Collection PS2) rejects any enhance chip glitched password

yes this is the point; without this hyper charge activated the glitch will never work
