This is my tool assisted speedrun for Guilty Gear Petit 2 on the WonderSwan.
  • Emulator Used: Bizhawk 1.9.1 November 28, 2014
  • Uses hardest difficulty
  • Manipulates Luck
Ky Kiske returns to defeat all the opponents with his Destroy move. However in this game it only wins you one round. On the upside it is less of a struggle to land in this version.

Oh my God. I like Guilty Gear and all but this game assaults every one of my senses simultaneously. The one saving grace is that I don't have to hear a horribly butchered 8-bit version of Holy Orders. Voting no because of the game.

Is that really the fastest you could get on Testament? And Milia to a lesser extent. I mean, this is boring as sin anyway, but it seems odd that you'd need to sacrifice multiple seconds and do various dodging.

Probably for AI manipulation, but either way this game is D: Voting meh cause only a deaf lame blind person could or would handle it, but it optimized for vault.

This is a prime example of why speed is not an ideal goal for most fighting games. It's a neat proof of concept for how fast you can win, sure, but it's not particularly entertaining.

I'm basically echoing the crowd here. I admit I was amused by the chibi-fied versions of the characters for a bit (especially Potemkin). This once again suffers from the issue that good manipulation and technical skill is more boring to watch; if anything, the time spent dodging Testament's attacks is more interesting even though it's slower. Thanks also to FractalFusion for the encode!
Used to be a frequent submissions commenter. My new computer has had some issues running emulators, so I've been here more sporadically. Still haven't gotten around to actually TASing yet... I was going to improve Kid Dracula for GB. It seems I was beaten to it, though, with a recent awesome run by Hetfield90 and StarvinStruthers. (http://tasvideos.org/2928M.html.) Thanks to goofydylan8 for running Gargoyle's Quest 2 because I mentioned the game! (http://tasvideos.org/2001M.html) Thanks to feos and MESHUGGAH for taking up runs of Duck Tales 2 because of my old signature! Thanks also to Samsara for finishing a Treasure Master run. From the submission comments:
Shoutouts and thanks to mklip2001 for arguably being the nicest and most supportive person on the forums.

yay, more vault content please!!am i the only excited about more vault?it pleases me that the site is more complete. the music is horrible though,it kills me.
TAS i'm interested: Megaman series, specially the RPGs! Where is the mmbn1 all chips TAS we deserve? Where is the Command Mission TAS? i'm slowly moving away from TASing fighting games for speed, maybe it's time to start finding some entertainment value in TASing.

I enjoyed the run for the first minute or two, but it started to get really repetitive after that. The music was hard to listen to, but it was bearable on low volume. I have to vote No on this, but I'm glad we're seeing WonderSwan/Color submissions now. (Should the system ID be WSC? It currently doesn't exist in the ID list but it would describe this game's system better.)
