With apologizes to Genisto. This is Duck Tales completed 3 seconds faster. It's not much, even with FCEU I could only get 3 seconds on him. It speaks much of the power of frame advance though, even a mediocre player like myself can best a ninja if given the right tools.
Anywho, most of the saved time was a few frames here and there, primarily in Amazon, Himalayas, and the Moon. Almost no improvement was seen in Transylvania or the cave level who's name escapes me at the moment.
No warps
Abuses programming errors
Takes hits to save time, and some others just to show off glitches.
Looks good to me. And it obsoletes a Famtasia version which had bad sound and loads of wobbling. The improvement isn't that much but the previous one wasn't that big either (11 seconds).
Just check out the suggestions in the Duck Tales topic first and answer them and I'll vote yes.

1) Yes you can, but it requires you manipulate her to stay on the ground, I entered the room on the first frame that I could always hit her without pause
2) You cannot, they aren't even the same enemy in memory, you can't even phase through him like all the other bosses either.
3) That octopus, AFAIK, always drops the diamond, and avoiding it would cost >1 frame which is how long it takes to count it down.
4) This honestly didn't cross my mind. I'm not sure it'll be faster though.
5) Yeah, pretty much. Now that I watch it again, I could have been more centered though....

About 4) (pogo off bees in Amazon), I tried for a while, but I couldn't find any way to save even 1 frame in that area. Just climbing straight up is the fastest way until some wall jumping or other previously unknown exploit is discovered.
Time saving glitches.
Falling through things with the pogo stick is normally not allowed, and phasing through the bosses isn't either, nor is pogoing on the snow (these require that I let go of the pogo stick two frames before breaking the block, not pressing left or right while in the bosses hit box, and letting go of the pogo for exactly one frame three frames before you land respectively) Collision detection was also abused for the first hit of most bosses that jump in order to hit them as soon as possible.
And if you consider it a glitch, I also grab ropes to speed me up in the Amazon.
Others
Then the glitch where I get myself stuck in midair to get the treasure after fighting the Yeti. And during the battle in the African Mines I glitch myself into the floor for a short while. (It took a hit so its around 10 frames and barely visible, instead of just one frame, it's right before I hit the wall with my cane)

Can you elaborate on these?
Of the other tricks you mentioned, I can't count them as "abuses programming errors in the game", for they seem to be too minor or simply not meaningful for the run.
The pogojumping the snow could be considered, but I have memory of having performed it in real time years ago and there could be some reason why it wouldn't count as a glitch.

The pogojumping in the is not very easy to perform but not really hard either. I just did a bunch of jumps in real time. However, I'm pretty sure it wasn't intended to be able to pogo the snow.
When I hit something breakable with the pogostick normally what's supposed to happen is I bounce off of it; however, if you let go of the pogostick exactly two frames before hitting the block (or badguy) you instead kill him and don't bounce. A good example of where this saves time is the ice level where I fall through the blocks and the enemy to have as much time as possible on the ice. A good example of it in action is at the end of Transylvania with the ghosts, I break blocks with it repeatedly for no good reason. This was used in Genisto's run.
Phasing through bosses only works when the boss is invulnerable, this is used to hit the boss early where normally I would have to wait. Also, it makes me look like Superman or something. This was used in Genisto's run.
Pogojumpping in the snow is used to gain height during the Yeti boss battle. It saves a few seconds. This was used in Genisto's run. I'm not saying you haven't done it, but if you were able to pull it off consistantly I bow before your skills. It's a one frame window.
Getting stuck in a nonsnow substance is achieved by getting stuck in the snow and then jumping out and pogoing an enemy the moment it spawns on the snow or in the case of the Yeti lands on the snow. Genisto used it to get stuck in the Yeti, but it cost him a third of a second, I instead used it to get stuck in the treasure box. The only reason I listed it is this is the most visible glitch, all the rest are completely transparent if you haven't played the game yet.
The mine boss glitch I found the most interesting because of possible abuse in the future, al la Rockman zipping perhaps. However, I was completely unable to find a place where it's useful, so I just gave it a cameo apperience.

Go tell some Tekken players they can't consistently hit a 1-frame window. I certainly can't do it, but with some practice at the game it's certainly possible.
On a completely different note: can't wait to see this, sounds like good stuff >.>

I've tried 20+ times and it always desyncs there. Unless, of course, Genisto meant to die, use a star on the map screen, go in a pipe, and jump around till time runs out.
I told some Tekken players they couldn't consistently hit a 1-frame window and they believed me, so now I have gone and ruined the world's best Tekken players
put yourself in my rocketpack if that poochie is one outrageous dude
hmmm...*shrug* maybe I'm wrong, I was under the impression that there were a couple of moves with enhanced versions *ex: kazuya's lightning uppercut* that had a just-frame check on them, and I've definitely seen a few of those moves used repeatly/relied on. Mostly irrelevant to the discussion, sorry to get us off-topic heh.
