You may only link to the game if it's freeware. Otherwise it falls under the "no linking roms" rule. Mouse support is worked on, but I cannot give an ETA.

Theres actually one problem about that, the game is VERY VERY rare and I couldn't find any info about the game, NONE! So... what should I do? Should I consider this as freeware or what?

Freeware means that the game at no point in time is intended from the developers to cost money. Example IWBTG is a Freeware game.

A game is not freeware if it is a gratis product inside a box that costs something. If the whole box itself costs nothing and is part of a free distribution campaign, then perhaps it is freeware. Otherwise, it is safer to say that it is not freeware.

Ok, I understand. Thank you for putting that up. But... I still can do the run ALL by myself, right? I mean, when Hourglass makes mouse compatibility of course. I could encode it and everything...

Yes you can, you might need to get creative in order to help a judge verify it though. But that will become clear upon an eventual submission.
