I have no idea, but I thought tool-assistance was used to "push games to their limits". I'm not exactly sure how would using the easiest difficulty would make a TAS look like it's "pushing the games to their limits" other than utilizing frame-specific tricks. :P Edit: Out of pure luck, I clicked on a random page for this thread and the first post was this:
