Hi guys ! i wanted to start tasing but i use a Mac and it's difficult to setup. Nahoc advises me to use Parallels Desktop to setup Windows. i did but after the end of the bizhawk's setup, i can found any piece of Bizhawk soft. Do you have any idea to fix my problem ?

bizhawk's "setup" is a "prerequisite" installer, not an installer, meaning it installs everything you need to run bizhawk, but not bizhawk itself, which you must download separately.

Depending on your needs, recording and playback work fine in the Mac builds of BizHawk. I've watched at least two of the videos on the site from start to finish without problems and recorded a few tests. If you don't need Lua, SNES, or GB support, you could try the Mac version. Menus don't freeze the emulator like in the Windows version, but frame advance works fine and since most people use that anyway it's probably not a big problem. The files are the same as Windows, so you can always switch to the windows version if it's too annoying or you run into problems. I don't think anyone uses the Mac version so I haven't gotten much feedback lately. The most recent Mac version is fairly stable, I don't think I've seen it randomly crash in the middle of a game like it used to. (But it probably can still happen)

You should use the Mac build for Mac obviously. However, the latest Mac build will not have SNES, GB, GBC, or Lua scripting. However, if you are specifically looking to TAS on of these platforms or use Lua, then maybe you should explore how you might use the windows build.

this is the problem i'm trying to fix. But nothing to do, after the end of the setup, there is no Bizhawk desktop button or anything else in the root files.

Bizhawk has no installer. It has a pre_req installer, that installs the necessary pakcages to run bizhaw, but does not install bizhawk. YOu need to then download the bizhawk binary to your comupter.

I wouldn't recommend using a Virtual Machine (I recommend the freeware Virtual Box, btw) to run emulators. It makes them run slower and eat up a huge amount of CPU for the main computer.
