This is a Monopoly game with the fastest time I ever made.
I set up the game with a computer player, go to the Game Editor, set GERTRUDE with $1499, start the game, go to menu (SELECT), go to Game Control, and select End Game, and you won for a second!
No game objectives.

About the movie

  • Emulator used: FCEUX 2.1.5
  • TASEdit Used in Emulator
  • Fixed TASEdit movie exported to .fm2 with Text Editor/Notepad (less disk space), removed 4 players, only 1 player, removed emuVersion, palFlag, rerecordCount, microphone, FDS, and NewPPU, corrected fourscore = 0, port0 = 1, port1 = 0, and port2 = 0.

Basically setting the money to "Win" is a no vote for me. It's not anything impressive.
When TAS does Quake 1, SDA will declare war. The Prince doth arrive he doth please.

Sorry man. Rigging a game so you are guaranteed the winner without luck manipulation is not impressive, and playing against no opponents doesn't help either. No vote

No vote for the same reason that everyone else has been giving.
My user name is rather long, feel free to call me by htwt or tape.

OK sure you get to a victory screen really fast, but there's absolutely nothing interesting about giving yourself an unfair advantage by changing the rules of the game or ending the game manually.

Why did you remove some information? To save disk space? What, is your computer too full of illegally downloaded movies to hold 6.54 KB of data? Edit: Also, I loved how you never labelled your youtube encode as a TAS and instead as a speedrun. You know, since speedruns are all the same, right?

This. On a 1st of april, why not, that would have made me smile a bit. A a "serious" (read this while frowning) TAS, well, that's not very interesting nor even funny...

Nah, this isn't 4/1 material. The Fisher Price games are better 4/1 material.

This is like opening Christmas gifts with a battleaxe. Swift, technically effective, yet it misses the point and is so wrong that it's almost funny but not quite.

If there was a joke here, I totally missed it. Voting No.

Just realized it's the same guy that submitted the Fisher-Price run. I checked his YouTube account just for fun. He's 9 years old. :/

You can lie about your age though. He might have said he's 9 to make his troll attempts seem like innocent acts of misunderstanding.

Comparing this to April Fools runs is unfair. Most April Fools runs are still interesting or impressive in some way.

That's always a possibility of course, but I doubt it in this case considering some of his other YouTube videos clearly show a child recording himself about tech toys. But, hey, you never know. Besides, I wasn't pointing out his age to make him look more innocent (an opinion I don't even agree with) but rather to point out a cause of irrelevant submissions.

You don't even win the game.

I can't vote, since I'm still a lurker, but I almost didn't even watch this before posting, since the method used to 'win' here is, to me at least, roughly the same as entering a password to start a game on the last level. I don't think that such a video should be accepted here, and would vote no if I could. --Arek
