Now for this, I am not counting Atari or Arcade games, other than that, every system counts. Unfortunately for me, the Genesis is the only Sega system I've ever played, and I've only played like 2 PC games my entire life, I'm a pure-bred console gamer.
Some of you may have already seen my top 25 favorite games, I really only just added one more game to that list. Now here is my list, starting off from 100-91.

After reading the two parts in bold, I believe we can safely ignore your top video games list as being (almost) as ignorant and irrelevant as your top movies list.
By the way, for me, top lists are most interesting for recommending works I haven't experienced yet or even heard of. If a list is only full of works that everyone and their mothers have experienced, it's mostly worthless in my eyes, even if I agree with the ordering.
But in the end, aren't all lists ignorant and irrelevant?

And realistically, you cannot create this kind of list without limiting yourself, say "All games released before 2005" and then give yourself time to play through all of them and not just pray that memory serves you correct when trying to rank the games. For example, I strongly doubt that you have played through Spirit Tracks, Sons of Liberty, Arkham City, Sonic 3, Donkey Kong Country 2, SSX 3, Pikmin 2, FF IV, two Pokemon-games, Layton, Star Fox, Paper Mario and Prime 2 since the release of Rayman Origins to be able to make a fair comparison, and then rank Rayman "worse" than those games listed above said game. Memory and nostalgia is a pain in the ass when review games, I can tell you that much. A wise man once said "Nostalgia is a great thing until we actually go back and experience it". Just saying.
Also Braid is for PS3 as well since sometime last fall.

Saying Rayman Origins is worse than all the games you mentioned is something that I just see. Also, whenever I make lists, I try to look at them from an eternal perspective, as in "this game is great and all, but is it really one of the greatest games ever?" All and all, an opinion is an opinion, and that's just how I see it, I don't want to argue about nostalgia and all that.
Also, what the heck is Collecovision?

My bad, there should only be one "l", Colecovision. Anyway a video game console released in 1982 which I assume will be included now since it wasn't excluded.
And I believe you did miss my point. It's a hell of a lot harder to see that Uncharted 3 will be "less entertaining" than Final Fantasy IV is now, less than 6 months after Uncharted 3 was released.

Well I haven't played a single Colecovision game that I know of, however I am satisfied with my list as it is.

Super sorry for putting Super Mario World so low, I did love the game, it's just that there are other games that I also love.

Tomb Raider 3 was one of the first PC games I ever bought. It was a fantastic experience. Marvelous scenery with beautiful graphics, wonderful acrobatics and fights, and really tense moments (especially in the Area 51 levels).
10 years later I watched a speedrun of it. The game hasn't survived the pass of time very well. The graphics suck, the scenery is extremely blocky and limited, the sounds suck, the game play is relatively simplistic...
As technology progresses, one's standards increase accordingly.

Your list sucks and here's why: You're only listing the games. The list is not interesting in the least. It doesn't say anything.
I've made lists in the past myself, many times, and I'm currently gathering games for what I'm going to make my definite top 50 list. I've on and off worked on that for the better part of a year - according to statistics, the document was created 10 months ago, and I still have a few slots on the list to fill. And that's the easy part. I still have the part where I order them left. I mean, I'm reasonably sure of my top three, and I know some that will be higher than others, but the lower half of the list is always a pain to get in a proper order.
And once all the games are in the correct order, once I have my ranking - then it's time to actually write the list before I can post it anywhere. And this is what you're not doing. You're just posting a ranking, you haven't written a meaningful list. Every list I've made have included actually writing about the games on each place, why I consider them part of the best X games ever, why this one gets this particular position once you reach the higher ones. Personal experiences with the games. Motivations. Something to make people actually want to read your list and find it interesting even if they don't agree with the ranking. Even what I would call my badly written lists had at least two sentences about each game.
This is what you're not doing and why no one is going to care about your list at all. And arbitrarily not counting systems is dumb.
Don't agree with Cardboard on needing an arbitrary cutoff point, though. My cutoff point is "right now".

I agree with KennyMan666 and Warp. The reason I liked the Top 100 NES Tracks list so much was that the reviewers on The Shizz explained why each music track got its respective ranking and explained its good qualities from a technical and objective viewpoint (except for the Top 2, which I strongly disagree with). You need to take some time to explain why each game gets each ranking.

Actually if the topic is renamed to "My Top 100 Video Games", noone could touch you. Right now though, as a former video game reviewer, I do believe I know my stuff. There's no way to say how well Mass Effect 3 will hold up (well ok, bad example...) and how much we'll like that game in 15 years.

Ironically, I can't think of a single notable colecovision title. Most of Coleco's library was composed of arcade ports or ports from Atari. The Commodore 64 on the other hand, probably has some notable exclusives.
Also "Top" is not really a good nomenclature. I assume he means "Best" but even that is sorta silly. By what standards is something "the best?" Most sales? Withstands the test of time? Defines its generation of video games? Had the largest impact on the industry? (ET Baby!) Most replayability? Most entertaining experience?
There are many factors by which to judge a game.
That said, Bible Adventures is the BEST GAME EVAR.

Actually, fun fact, E.T. was one of the best selling games for the Atari 2600, with a grand total of 1.5 million units sold. With a game going for around 19 dollars, that meant 28 500 000 dollars in the good ol' 1980s.

This I did not know. Seeing as ET and Pac-Man are often blamed for the 1982 video game crash, it isn't surprising. I'm curious if any other shitty game has made the best-selling list of a video game console. Looking at the list of best selling games, TMNT1 for the NES is arguably pretty awful.
Also, I went on a couple dates with a girl who thought ET was the best Atari game. So, it had at least 1 fan.

I totally agree with KennyMan666's excellent critique.
I would only add that when it comes to ranking video games, it really makes the most sense to go by genres. Ranking a great FPS game against a great turn-based strategy title is even more difficult/meaningless than ranking a great comedy against a great horror film.
