This video was recommended to me because I watched Toothache's B.O.B TAS Link to video So whenever we watch a TAS, we are abusing little children? Or maybe Youtube is just dumb.

We abuse games. We clearly say so throughout the site, and many many times in movie and submission text.

"Genuine self-esteem, however, consists not of causeless feelings, but of certain knowledge about yourself. It rests on the conviction that you — by your choices, effort and actions — have made yourself into the kind of person able to deal with reality. It is the conviction — based on the evidence of your own volitional functioning — that you are fundamentally able to succeed in life and, therefore, are deserving of that success." - Onkar Ghate

YouTube's recommended videos section is pretty inconsistent. Every time I watch a video on it that's not a TAS or some music remix, I have to turn around and wipe my video history so it doesn't keep on popping up with inane 'recommendations'.
First a movie gets submitted, and ends up accepted despite breaking rules other runs have been rejected for. And when I vote less than spectacularly on this movie, I become the victim of harassment and threats. Yay, favoritism.

Youtube needs to recommend you some different stuff every time in the middle of the stuff it knows you enjoy. How would you otherwise experience all that youtube has to offer?

strangely, youtube's suggested lists always catch my attention (because you watched list, not the list next to every video) and I end up watching more videos than I planned to. Damn you tube!
Sage advice from a friend of Jim: So put your tinfoil hat back in the closet, open your eyes to the truth, and realize that the government is in fact causing austismal cancer with it's 9/11 fluoride vaccinations of your water supply.

Oh man, I've stayed up all night before reading pages on TVTropes. They just have to put all the interesting pages in links on the page you're looking at without explaining at all, so you follow the link again and again. I don't hate it, though. That site's taught me the terminology for video game tropes like American Kirby is Hardcore and Insurmountable Waist Height Fence. I don't get YouTube's recommendations list though. I get all sorts of weird videos that have nothing to do with TASes. The program that chooses them must have many flaws.

You get bored of it after a while.
