In the first case, it is clear what you are referring to, so there is no need to put このページ (this page) on it.
Also, I think there is no need to say that tasvideos.org is an English-language website. This is clear. I would simply put 日本語フォーラムがあります (there is a Japanese-language forum).
To avoid confusion from now on, I will post the whole script to use on the logo:

Also, you could make your "Encoded by Mister Epic" smaller. It has no kanji in it, and we would prefer not to judge the size of an encoder's ego by the size of the name on the logo. (Except, we do anyway.)
