i know that with the wrong warp stuff, it works because all the fairy fountains are in the same area, just some aren't loaded, is this the same for buildings?
Some buildings do, but most don't. Honey and Darling's is its own scene, so this isn't going to happen.

I'm confused as to the point of this "infinite bombchu" idea. If we have infinite bombchus on B, how can we activate ISG to make them useful? sorry if this is a dumb question

slowi, come back to the irc. no need to talk to the others, but at least be there to talk to me, so we can discuss this bombchu thing a bit more ;)
Yeah I guess I'll clear the air there sooner or later and then we'll see if I go bac there. But I really don't want to at the moment. I have better things to do. I guess jap MM BA doesn't evolve because nobody with RAM monitoring skills is interested. Same goes for infinite bombchus.

Looks great Slowking, but...how can those be used in the tas? Or maybe you were just bragging because you found awesome tricks :D

Those tricks are going to be used in the 'non-existent' 100% run which will never be made.

Well there may be another 100% run down the line. However I also doubt that there is ever going to be a 100% TAS. Unless mupen+ comes out in 2020 and is amazing. Then it might happen.

i just started downloading the 2 hour TAS of this game, but i noticed on SDA that the unassisted run is faster so i guess this one is pretty outdated... how fast is the new run going to be approximately when it's finished? one hour, like ocarina of time?

by SDA timing, mukki's TAS is around 2:06, not 2:14. Jiano's unassisted run is indeed 3 minutes faster. 2 years of research by a lot of capable people do make quite a difference.

He actually does have one that is 1:53 SDA timing: http://www.ustream.tv/recorded/8833791 It's just not on SDA yet. Ofcourse a big part of the improvement is simply VC running faster in some places than N64. The route he uses was made in this very thread btw. (ofcourse his route is somewhat worse to compensate for the imperfection of a human player) Grunz says this TAS is going to be under 1:30 TAS timing and he is shooting for ~1:24 now. If it's ever going to be finished that is... At the moment the TAS has about a 13 minute lead to Jianos newest run...

No, he's just extremely lazy. I'll go yell at him.

Yeah he's lazy as fuck. Plus he goes to school in Bavaria which means he has to learn a lot of useless crap which he won't ever need and forget in about a year. But that takes a lot of time.

yeah, lots of dumb school stuff to do other than that, this shit keeps desynching and desynching, last week the m64 killed itself out of no real reason. I promise to finish it, but please allow me to take as much time as I need, ok?

Yeah guys, give Grunz a break, if he has got a lot to do, let him do it. And if he is lazy, let him be lazy, a so huge project takes a lot of time.. I can't wait for him to finish it either, but I can defenately wait for him to finish it since the longer it takes him, the more he saves, and the better the run must look. Good luck further Grunz! ;)
