I made a little movie, i started using Captain America, started fighting Iron Man, then i will fight Psylocke, after i will control Player 2 to ditch Captain America. Please, any feecback can be greatly appreciated, i don't know a lot of comboes or tricks on this game.

I finished Psylocke, but for some reason Psylocke sometimes block my attack, but sometimes she does her Psi-Blast instead of blocking (wich is what i pretend), do i need to re-do to fix this? This zip file contains the movie with 2 savestates to make it syncs just in case. changing the damage level feels like cheating to me. you can skip the red text at the start by pressing a button. alright where do I start. comboing throws http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X37ZW_pNoKE#t=0m24s in this game cota and xvsf you can combo into a throw if you connect the throw the frame before the opponent recovers, you can combo into a ground throw by hitting the opponent in the air at a specific height so that there last frame of stun happens at the same time they hit the ground. In this game and cota, xvsf, and mshvsf acceleration from dashing happens on the first frame of the dash and the momentum is carried throughout the move. So for example Cap can link a ton of standing jabs together by dashing for a frame between each one. Other characters can do some really impressive ground combos with it. suki cancel http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vg6i-JZvKrI works in all marvel games. You can cancel any normal attack with a super jump on hit. You can cancel a super jump with a block. If you have something to block on screen you can cancel the recovery of a move. For example if jump over a fireball you hit with caps hk, super jump, block the projectile, another hk. Probably hard to set up vs a cpu, but easy enough to set up if you do 2 player. Probably won't get much use out of it unless you have a character with an air dash hopefully that helps, I don't think your video would get accepted the way it is now

Well, i guess i will have to start again. here's the last WIP, i will start working right away. Also, i changed the damage level to make combo less repetitive, but i guess i will have to not touch it.

the damage thing feels wrong to me, but there are no rules or anything against it, and so if you feel it makes a better run I won't stop you. You really can't go wrong with finding the coolest combo you can and trying to copy it. Even if you don't use it, it would give you some insight on the game engine.

pretty cool that the first combo was one short of 99 hits, probably don't want to many repetitive combos like that but I think starting off with it works. I like the idea of the second round, you just showed what you can do if if you go for number of hits and now you go for damage, I think the actual combo feels like more of the same. it would be nice if you started each combo with an infinite counter. also, do show off shuma gorath and blackheart. i believe there is a good shuma combo from breaking the universe and a good blackheart combo on shiro420's youtube channel also, there is a good spiderman combo using reality gem projectile linking into maximum spider

It actualy hit, if you look frame by frame, but apparently, i threw it a frame less, so the kick before it didn't hit.

It's possible to switch Gems without using all of them or by getting hit by a special attack from the enemy? I don't plan this to happen except for 2 Players battles.

Thanks a lot error1, i managed to make an infitiny combo using Psylocke's roundhouse rolling kick and the Time gem, i plan to do some stuff with Reality Gem. As for the WIP: http://www.mediafire.com/?hpd9jbjjf2d0ld8 Finished Iron Man and Shuma-Gorath, i plan to ditch Psylocke with Magneto.

But i have a question, should i use Magneto or Juggernaut?, i think think i can do some interesting stuff using him then ditch him with Spider-Man.
