It's a class, where some japanese students must try to avoid laughing. They get slapped if they do so.
It's not really a class though, but a bunch of Japanese comedians that get punished (f.e. for losing sport bets, but sometimes also just for the sake of it) in these so-called "batsu games". The show is called "Gaki no Tsukai". My favourite episode is the matsumoto no reaction pie jigoku one, but most people like their silent library episodes best.

Actually it's a programmable, triple keyboard : one for left hand, right hand, left foot. You can program which instrument each will play, and the Electone can play the others (like drums) for you. It's an orchestra simulator.
