As it turns out, I finally figured out how to work the YouTube moderator module on, well, YouTube. Thinking of a use for it, one question immediately came to mind, what resolution do people watch my video in? To find out, I set up a poll. For the sake of organization, I suggest you answer the question inside my YouTube account, this requires a YouTube account that has been linked with a Google account to answer the question (I don't particularly like being forced to have a linked account either). Anyway, feel free to unleash the ravages of your opinions onto my YouTube channel!

I sign in for no man! Actually, I don't have a Google account. 480 is nicer to watch than 3whatever. It is a nice median for people with slow connection speeds and those who want higher quality. If a person has a faster connection and wants 720 or 1080, they could change it easily enough.

I tend to watch in 480; higher resolutions play back faster than they load, causing buffering problems; moreover, the marginal increase in quality is less.

Just for the curious, I tend to stick to 480p myself. My net connection is too bad for anything higher.

I've been using the Original settings for these recent uploads, they're beautiful. Otherwise, I usually pick the highest setting and go do something else while it loads.

If I want to watch them in fullscreen, I watch them in 1080p, since it's my monitor's native resolution. Otherwise, it's 480p.

Generally highest resolution, but if I know the native resolution of whatever the video is in, I'll probably just go with that. NES won't give better than 256x240 so why watch it any higher? Let my video card scale it.
