I guess we need 1 topic for the best fighting game on SNES. After my not so successfull Feilong movie I record a guaranteed much better Ken version. I do it my 6th day with already more than 3000 rerecords and about 2 hours for one opponent to plan and try finding the most impressed way to beat him. Every fight is different with unbelievable combos. I already beated Vega so there are 2 opponents left. I hope if all goes well I will be done in about 2-3 days depends how much time I have. All who are planning to make a ssf2 run are welcome to post there progress here.

Ok. So i m sharing some combos of M.Bison which i made for my Street Fighter II - The New Challengers Timeattack. Now I m not interested in it anymore. I will be happy to see if someone make a timeattack using these combos. Thanks. http://kofdangerous.simgames.net/tmp/mbison.wmv Total SiX Combos. You can invent more if you are expert ;)

I guess we need a world record time (at least so far) in time challenge of ssf2. I will submit the movie to Bisqwit. I will let you guess what character I have used to make a faster time than 6 seconds... You will definitely not expect who it is :-) (not Ryu, Ken, or Feilong) Just see yourself, and since it don't take many time to do such a movie I would be glad If someone is brave enough to challenge me and try to break this record-time no matter what character you use. PS: Nice combos shakepeare

I hope that you two will develop a clean competition on who produces the fastes SF2 runs! Since you seemingly both know fighting games very well it should make for great movies.

Is anybody interested in playing ssf2 LIVE against someone else through the net? This way you could really see if a player is good or not because here you need reactions and creativity. To shakespeare: I would be interested to play against you live. What do you think?

zbattle = teh rox. I need to get things set up on this computer, but once I do I'll definitely be up for a challenge. Do NOT piss off the Gief, that's all I'll say. =) Oh yeah, and Turbo >>>>>>>>>> Super. But I might be biased, kick lariat just rules too much in Turbo. I'll also play TMNT Tournament Fighters against anyone. Don't laugh, it's actually a pretty good game. So is GW Endless Duel, but I'll be the first to admit that my only skill in that one is whoring the Deathscythe infinite. =P -Josh
but then you take my 75 perchance chance of winning, if we was to go one-on-one, and then add 66 and two-thirds ch...percents...i got a 141 and two-thirds chance of winning at sacrifice

I've been hanging out there a lot lately, as Wishmaster. If any of you feel like getting piledrived, look for me. I also play the Gundam Wing fighting game but I suck, all I do is pick Deathscythe and try to do the infinite. -Josh

Good News: I completed a New SSF2 Super Battle walkthrough like the Ken movie but this time using Zangief! I will submit the movie right now. I started to record it secretly and slowly since march after I felt empty to record my Secret of Evermore movie further. For more information just read the comments of the movie. Have Fun

I am planning to make a 2 player Tournament run (8 Human players, no CPU) for this game. On this way I can make every possible combo since I don't have the limits if I fight a CPU and can move the fighters in the position I need them. The good thing of this is that I will use 8 different fighters which will fight only 1 round and with balanced stars so that the hits will make more damage compared to Super Battle and also much more variating since I don't have to fight with the same character all the time. Every figter will have 3 fights so I have enough possibilities to show more impressive combos. I will take Ryu, Ken, Sagat, Bison, Guile, Feilong, Zangief and Dee Jay in the tournament since I think they can do interesting combos (except Sagat but I need him to make the impressive Air Hurricane Kick with Ken against him since he is the largest of all). But now the problem is I have to decide which fighter should win this tournament who should be 2nd, 3rd etc... I think I let Ryu and Ken fighting in the final (they are the Heros in the story). I don't want to tell more about that so that you will be more impressed while watching the movie without knowing before who will win.

Too_ Bored: I guess you understood wrong, I don't make a tournament between different players but only the tournament mode in ssf2 menu. I don't playing in kaillera, I will play both characters myself in the same time using slowdowns and rerecords. And about SFA2, I don't have enough experience to make a good movie for this game but if you know it good you could make a movie for it yourself. I would be glad to see other gamer to make interesting fighting movies of any kind.

I like the idea of making tournament. It'll be like directing a movie.

Exactly. The good thing is no fight will be won perfectly on this way, even if one character lose he still will do nice combos. But it's really hard to make such a movie since you have full controll of the progress now and have to break your head in planning which combo looks cooler or who should attack first etc... Definitely much more work than a Super Battle walkthrough.

well, I'm sick of this project for now. I did the first 4 fights to complete the semi-finals, download the WIP here: http://rapidshare.de/files/1890283/SSF2_Tournament.smv.html I would be really glad if there are some guys who could record at least 1 more fight (next is Bison VS Dee Jay) with interesting combos (you decide who will win). So maybe we can make different movies for that and chose the most entertaining one then do the next fight step by step. Anyway I will go back to Secret of Evermore now since I didn't even record further since WIP 9 so far.
