Hi andreas, welcome to the site. A few things: 1) This request should be in the Ocarina of Time thread. 2) Ocarina of Time 100% category is very difficult. For one, it would be a run 6 hours long (give or take); very few runs on this site exceed 2 hours. it's a lot of effort to put into. Second, a 100% run would require a lot of resetting mupen, something that is not available yet (one of the main reasons why the improvement to OoT any% is taking so long). Third, a TAS route hasn't been worked out yet for the 100% category. 3) Since a 100% doesn't exist as a TAS yet, you can still go to speeddemosarchive.com and check out the 100% segmented speedrun there.

I would be great if we get a 100% run on Master Quest by going through the temples in a legitimate way, by exploring every room. Go to the Ice Cave right after you get the Zora Sapphire. Go to the Bottom of the Well after getting the Golden Scale. For a low % run, do the bottle glitch to get the Shadow Medallion and the Spirit Medallion and do the door of time skip glitch.

I think there was a strategy to achieve a lower item count than RBA. RBA would destroy the purpose of such a run anyway. As for the 100% run, please don't use RBA either and don't spend time showing off but do it as fast as possible.

lolz, good luck TASing 100% OoT ;) that'll be a 4,5 hours run. given the fact, how hard and annoying it is to TAS MM/OoT, such a run will never be done. I'm TASing MM for half a year now and I've done 35 minutes of the TAS yet. swordless, bloob and AKA spend half a year TASing a 20 minutes of the OoT any% run. that means a 100% would probably requier a nice amount of 3 years to make. and as comicalflop already said without a modified mupen, there'll never be a 100% TAS any way ;)

And three Hawaiian islands. The big ones, not the little ones.

I'll make one if you get Super Mario 3 under 10 minutes.

A 100% TAS for OoT and MM probably won't be possible until Mupen gets Reset support. It is a shame, really, because 100% TASes would be a lot of fun to watch.

Well, I'd need to be able to pay for the therapy that the run will no doubt make me need, as well as having a fair amount left over afterwards.

Maybe a community-TAS would be the best choice for a 100% run?

at the moment the only OoT/MM TASers, that are able to create TASes of those games on the highest level are bloobiebla, swordless, AKA and me and nobody of us can't even think about doing an OoT 100% run. it's just a too long and tough TAS ;) but you're right, such a big TAS can probably be only done by a many different people TASing it together

Well I think a OoT 100% would be much more possible if skulltulla cloning was allowed, which I don't know why it isn't anyway.

Because it doesn't give you 100%, as the flags for the 100 individual skulltulas having been collected never get set. If I can pick up your supposed 100% save after you've beaten the game and still can collect 99 skulltulas without using glitches, how is that 100%? There are still 99 legally collectible skulltulas left.

But usually in 100% runs only what's in your menu counts. I could probably find a dozen 100% runs here and on SDA where items are cloned. Why is OoT so different? If you want to expand 100% for things outside of the menu you would have to include planting all magic beans and opening all keyed doors. That's imo just stupid.

The point is that the item count (of an item that is in the game only at finite amounts) in the menu could still be legally increased after the run is finished. This may just go against my definition of a 100% run. But in the case of OoT I highly doubt anybody would enjoy seeing the same skulltula collected a hundred times more than watching carefully planned routes and insane tricks being executed to really gather all of them. Opening all doors or planting all beans aren't really essential parts of the game.

Agreed. I was just about to say that but I noticed you already said it.

Show me one on SDA, I would be surprised if there would be any

I'd like to point out that collecting all the skulltulas in an area puts a skulltula icon next to it when you highlight it on the map. So skulltula duplication is not the same as collecting all 100 for real, even in the menu. Also,

Well, if we want to define 100% in terms of the menu, we have to get the Maps, Compasses, and Boss Keys. They show up in the menu, after all.
