So good news. ShinyDoofy managed to implement something I was having trouble with the past few days. So a round of applause to ShinyDoofy. Hopefully we should be running much better now.
*applause* What did he actually do? I'm sorta curious.
Got FastCGI working properly. Which greatly lessens the load. Apparently I forgot a / somewhere :P

Okay, TASVideosBot should now work, sorry for the delay. I'll try to work on moving over the tracker tomorrow night.

the forum pages load really fast over my dialup, even without opera turbo (maybe the whole page fits into a single block of gzip compression)

As part of our TASVideos overhaul and move, we will be moving to the following new URL: http://www.socuteurl.com/mrpuppy Enjoy! Other exciting edicts from your new overlords to shock and annoy you will be following shortly. If you'd like to nominate another user whose kidney you'd like to sell to keep the site running, please do so during business hours.

In case you didn't notice it, your new dictator added embedded streaming media support for most of our movies. This was something adelikat and I wanted for a while, sorry for the delay. High quality fanatics who want to download each new movie via Bit Torrent as it comes out, don't worry, we won't forget you. More good stuff to come.

He went on a mission from God and lost interest in maintaining the site, so he offered to let some other people take care of the site, and then adelikat and Nach stepped up to take it off his hands.

I thought he got an AK-47, went gun crazy in a shopping mall, became dictator of Finland, lost Finland in a gambling bet against Estonia, Estonia gave Finland back to its former owners, and Bisqwit ended up living the same ordinary life that he always had but with 90% less TASVideos?
