After years of research the russians have finally invented a machine that can control peoples minds. They cleverly disguised it as a nuclear missile so no enemies would suspect a thing, but they did not expect that general Yuri would use the machine to turn an entire soviet base against the motherland. The russian government now sends in their greatest ninja communist to destroy the mind controlling machine without harming any comrades. Will this man, who is rumored to be so good he doesn't even need camouflage clothes. be able to put a halt to the evil Yuri's plan and thus save the proud soviet union?

The submission text is a little vague, but from watching the movie, it looks like this is supposed to be classified as a pacifist run. The total number of guys he kills can be counted on both hands, and that's mostly due to the number of bazookas he needs to beat out of them to take down the final "boss". (Which, I suppose, changes the question to "does Rush'n Attack need a Pacifist category".) Also, he spends more time jumping backwards than a HappyLee Mario run. Take that as you will.

I'm unsure if this was a troll, or if it was just a poorly explained attempt at a pacifist run. If it's the latter, I haven't received a PM from the author complaining, so he must not care too much. As for the troll (singular), I'll give you 9 Knock Out clues!
