There is a Windows (PC) version of the whole game. Though it appears within the "warez" category, it goes all the way through and there is no need to switch media because the work of "both CD's" are on the same HDD.

But you can't TAS it, so there's not much point there.

It's also hacked to provide a infinite ammo silenced FAMAS (renamed to something else) that you have immediately from the start. So it instantly looses it's value.

Last time I played it in that level of difficulty, the weapon was named "MP 5 SD" when I looked. It was the easiest level, but don't expect to be given the Stealth camouflage when you beat it. Anyhow, I was just curious.

Cant wait to see this, but PCSX likes to crash on me at the minute so I'll wait for an encode.

I can encode this if I am provided with the memory card?

The memory card is in the very first post. I'd appreciate an encode of the entire first disc if you don't mind :)

Let's hope it doesn't desynchronise D= It's done now but with bad audio. Where can I upload it? The file is 390MB. filefront's upload page fails for me. My bed time is in 30mins so if I don't get a reply before then maybe someone else should encode it, unless you don't mind waiting.

If filefront isnt working you can attempt Megaupload or Rapidshare I guess, either one are questionably reliable

Put this movie into a 2-part RAR archive and try uploading that way.

I'd encode it like I normally do but my computer died on me. When I get it back working I'll just encode the last part, now that you have a full disk one encode.

It's actually a bit frustrating to see the tank battle over with so quickly, when I'm lucky to pass it without dying first, using every grenade available, or both. Also, a few shortcuts I've either forgotten about entirely, or never knew were there (wtf minefield room). Looking forward to disc 2.
Kirby said so, so it must be true. ( >'.')>

I remember finding it out myself by accident. The controller was laid on the floor with it's movement analog tilted forawrds. I remember thinking "Shit!" and saw me just walk through. GG Kojima

finally got disk one finished on youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KmolsW8Rtn0&fmt=18 anyway I found a way to combine both disks into one iso to prevent having to load disk two. It seems to work fine but the movie didn't sync for some reason. I think there should be an exception made to allow you to do the second disk from a savestate

Yes, I do. However, the file he uploaded is not a completed one or he's pointing to the wrong hosting of it. I cleared my cache etc and grabbed it, Input ends as he climbs the ladder of Communication Tower B
Same here. The newest link which should give a 949.07 KB file, gives me instead a 858.31 KB file, which coincidentally is the same one as the older wip file. =/ So, if anyone can upload that 949.07 KB file to somewhere else, such as Rapidshare, I'd be very grateful. I'd like to make some tests with PCSX and disc switching.

here's the lastest wip that I downloaded(I made a savestate if you don't want want to playback the whole movie), but for the 15 sec at the end this is me trying my own failling test :p

That's the correct version; thank you. It seems v0.0.9 even crashes when you try to switch discs. :P I'll see what can I do to fix all this...

multi-disc-test2-pcsx.7z I made some changes: -disc-switching functionality doesn't depend on CDR plugins anymore. -CDR plugin is automatically closed and then opened after switching discs; hopefully this forces a reload of the CD ID. I've made several tests, and every one of them worked fine. But experience has shown me that what works for me may not always work for others, so I'd really appreciate if anyone else could test it too. I made a short movie for anyone who wants to test it and give me some feedback about the new changes: multi-disc-test-movie.7z (I just would like to know if the movie continues after the disc-switch screen and into disc 2 :P).
