You'll need to be a bit more accurate in your description. You list a lot of input plugins, but didn't actually say which ones you've tried that haven't worked. On the assumption that you haven't actually tried any outside of the ones selected by default, I'd suggest trying the nrage plugin.

i've tried all those plugins XD including nrage, which is in the list.. is it working for you? because every game is working here, except for diablo (and those with black screen, which i suppose isnt compatible with pcsx)

That's odd. I put my copy of Diablo (PAL-E) in and played that fine on PCSX. Also in my view there's not much point to TAS Diablo... because it almost already has been, check here: http://speeddemosarchive.com/Diablo.html Obviously that isn't a TAS as such, but any PSX TAS will actually be a lot longer than that one because of the port's murderous loading times.

im using Diablo (U).. and no success so far T_T well, i saw groobo's run before, and i still think its a nice game to do a TAS.. maybe a warrior's TAS, which requires luck manipulation to get good gears and such^^

I don't know... Groobo's run is already down to 3:12 He uses old patch versions where the major glitches are still present. The PSX version doesn't have nearly as many glitches.

PSX version could still use warrior, and not sorcerer. It's obvious there's not much to expect from the sorcerer run except some very minor optimization.

I must be missing something here -- how did he manage to do so much luck manipulation without save/reload?

He did save and reload, as it said on the site he had 27 segments. They were just appended together.

It amuses me that a site so dedicated to "not cheating" allows for segmenting a 3 minute run... there's obviously no way to do that run in real life. That said, I think it's awesome :D

Well, I was thinking of trying to persuade someone to coop with me and record a (single-segment?) Diablo 2-player run on the PSX port. That would have very little cheating and tricks in it. :p

Really, the only good Diablo based Speed Run, is the Diablo 2 100% Sorc Speed Run. The rest of them are just plain boring.
