All those are freeware (ie, you don't need to pay) AFAIK only 3 emulators exist you have to pay for, and thats some NES emulator thats far outdated, some GB emulator, and a playstation emulator.

No, emulators are not warez*, but ROM images are. * unless it's an illegal copy of an emulator you would otherwise have to pay money to obtain

As for the NES one, isn't that iNES? One of the early ones, as I recall. Also, doesn't Magic Engine require you to pay? That's some great stuff, too... -Josh
but then you take my 75 perchance chance of winning, if we was to go one-on-one, and then add 66 and two-thirds ch...percents...i got a 141 and two-thirds chance of winning at sacrifice

Magic Engine (A TurboGrafx emulator for the uninformed) does indeed require you to pay to get it out of demo mode. It's an excellent emu, though. So that makes the total four, I guess.

Game cartridge ROM images aren't illegal by definition. There are quite a few freeware NES games out there. Of course, most of them suck. :) (then again, that's also true about commercial games)

Most of the emulators for pocketpc/palm are not freeware, or tell you to register forever, but there are some that dont require it.
.... wow.
