Well he was on IRC saying that it was being uploaded as he typed. This was yesterday, so your wish will probably come true ;p

It's almost done uploading. Then Radix has to convert the file to the proper format. Then he has to re-upload the files to the server. So... Transfer Files to Radix: Done by Tomorrow (Dec 16th) Convert Files: ETC no later than Friday (Dec 17th) Upload to Server and Test: ETC Monday (Dec 20th) Update on Run: Next Week Don't hold anything to those dates for sure...just my guesses.

WOW! It was very nice I must say TSA! The routes were great. Some of the tricks were awesome. I really liked how you grabbed the moon pearl and broke into the swamp palace early. :) Oh and the end fight is just to scarry! :D Some thoughts though. Why didn't you use the red staff in the water palace instead of moving that statue? In the last crystal palace, why don't you run down the walls all instead of using bombs? When travelling on the rafts (the ones you make with the red staff) in the last crystal palace you can use the hookshoot to avoid the fires that tries to hit you. If that is wanted that is. Otherwise you could take damage to save time, which you already do. :) Great movie. I'd like to see someone beat that. Hehe.

Q) Why didn't you use the red staff in the water palace instead of moving that statue? A) If you move right and the block is no longer on screen, it vanishes. Q) In the last crystal palace, why don't you run down the walls all instead of using bombs? A) You can't. I should have realized using the hookshot made you invulnerable. It does in Ocarina of Time. Anyway, didn't hurt my time...just my life.

Yeah it really is great, that's a great route. You must have been on the edge of your seat fighting the final boss.

best was the use of the running into walls trick to get over gaps. Cane of Somaria in the third dungeon looked very useful. Getting the Blue Mail wasn't necessary, but considering the close calls in this run, it helped keep you alive. Playing with half a heart left really did make it exciting to watch, do it again next time :p. No major complaints here, it looks tough to beat.

Well.. For the next run I'd like to see the blue mail skipped. It's not really necessary equipment. Damaga can be avoided. And it will really prove more out of the player. :)

I suppose it's a matter of confidence too, having the blue mail makes you play in a more relaxed state and could make up for minor mistakes made due to fatigue. It's sort of like getting the magical sword earlier than necessary in a LoZ speedrun.

About run 87 I said to hell with skipping the Blue Mail. It is about a 20 second deviation...so it's significant.

=P well, too bad I'm bound to 2,5 Gigs datatransfer a month, otherwise I'd watch the run for sure ah, I see the low quality thing is only 155 MB well, this month there's not too much left but I'll sure check it out next month

Err.. We're not talking frames here you know. We're talking almost half a minute! :D I guess that could be worth to withdraw from the world record right? Thats pretty massive.

But consider the fact that had he not taken the suit, he would have likely died for health reasons(though you'd probably be more careful at ganon). He would not have been able to use this run, and would have had to either settle for one which may be slower or commit a lot more of his time to one which matched this time.
