Post subject: How to turn off Frame counter display in SNES9x

hi i wonder if there is anyway to disable showing the text "playing frame: xxx/xxx" when playing movie and also the similar text when recording frame they are kinda disturbing thanks EDIT: adelikat: Gave a more informative thread title.

As I don't know which version you're using, I'm blatantly telling you the way to go for the current SVN version. Config -> Emulator -> Display

Press . (dot) key then it disappears, if you haven't customized hotkeys.
