I was curious about tool-assisting flash games... and found Gnash, an open source flash player. It's buggy, but I was able to play and pause a flash game. It seems to have frame advance as well though that didn't work for me. Could be fun...
I make a comic with no image files and you should read it. While there is a lower class, I am in it, and while there is a criminal element I am of it, and while there is a soul in prison, I am not free. -Eugene Debs

Theoretically, wouldn't you be able to "warp" the mouse, having it be at one place one frame and be across the screen the next? That'd be... insane.

It started off fairly tame, but as more balls entered the picture it sure got a lot more entertaining.

I assume so, yes :D Still a lot of work to do before it gets to that though...

well, you already can warp the mouse. Just left click and hold it down then right click. the mouse pointer is frozen along with the contest menu... you can now click anywhere on the screen and the mouse will warp.
