I feel this should be placed in this topic, mainly because it still is technically a screenshot of my desktop. My new toy in Vista. Link to program: http://insentient.net/ Multimonitor support. x86 and x64 support. Requires Vista and Aero. Not a ripoff of a Mac feature at all.

I have a program (not using it) called Multiplicity that allows you to use multiple networked machines as one continuous desktop.

Url provided for the curious. Its an interesting concept. I'm not sure if I would have a practical use for it as I don't have a server right now (and even if I did, I would probably use a KVM switch).

That would be nice just for the sake of being able to remotely (sort of) access both monitors on my desktop, seeing as VNC only wants to use the primary display. Of course, that means I'd also have to be sitting close enough to my desktop to see what's going on, which defeats the purpose of controlling my desktop from the other end of my apartment.

It's the best bittorrent client I've ever used.

I first used bittornado, but got tired of its limitations, so I searched for better alternatives. In Windows (when I still used it actively)I had used bitcomet, so I wanted something resembling that. I found ktorrent, and it has been acceptably good. Just make sure you get a fairly recent stable version.

The opposite of dynamic range imaging. (Okay, the term is high dynamic range imaging, but I couldn't figure out a name that works well as an antonym. Low-dynamic range imaging would still indicate some dynamicity.)

More importantly, what did you use to take that screenshot? O.o

As you can see (or infer) from the screenshot, I have an auto-hide toolbar with a sample of Anakin Skywalker saying "YOU UNDERESTIMATE MY POWER!" in an easily accessible place. Just because.

I really hope that is not a PHOTO of your desktop. You do understand there is a print-screen button which copies the current window to your clipboard.

I posted the raw image that I used for the background-->http://i192.photobucket.com/albums/z272/dartht33bagger/Cool.jpg Anyways, the picture is suppose to be really dark like that. I used the gloomy effect to make dark like that. As for the screenshot I used halo 3 and the new map pack. I used the map ghosttown and the gloomy effect, then took a screenshot. Then I put it in my file share and then downloaded the image off of bungie.net. Then I just set the image as background.

http://i158.photobucket.com/albums/t90/stickyman05/screen.jpg It looks better than that, but I didn't want anyone to get confused about legal vs. illegal activities. I am legal, how 'bout you?
