My name is fairly common; when I went to undergrad at IU there was another James Lewis (James Alan Lewis IV) who was a couple years younger, and here at Penn State there is a man working at the Office of the Physical Plant who shares my name exactly except the form of his suffix (James Edward Lewis, Jr.; I use "II" instead).
Also there are a couple authors sharing my name, like James R. Lewis, who I think writes about the paranormal, and this guy from the Center for Strategic and International Studies:

Dr. James Andrew Lewis, Director and Senior Fellow, Technology and Public Policy Program
I was shocked when I was watching C-SPAN, my usual fare, and saw "JAMES LEWIS" on the screen a couple years ago during a panel discussion on Internet terrorism.
Anyway I'm fortunate to have such a common name, because if you Google it most of the results won't be related to me.
