Am I the only one who wishes that nintendo would re-release the SNES game in 60 fps? After playing that mini game in wii's wario ware I wonder if nintendo will release a 60 fps version of it for Wii Ware channel. It simply made star fox playable again, and it is a great game. Too bad it's only 1 level! It's like letting a child smell the ice cream and then taking it away...

meh, starfox 64 sorta obsoleted the original for me. Sin and Punishment, however, is a game that definitely needs modification to work with the wiimote. the classic controller setup just ain't cutting it. also, you can smell ice cream?

FODA, I comepletely agree with you. Star Fox is a great game and deserves to be re-released on Wii Ware. @Mushroom: Yes, you can.

I totally prefer the voices on star fox over star fox 64. And the levels too, and the looks.. And the music. The only things I like pretty much in star fox 64 are the frame rate and the independence day ripoff stage.

Releasing a 60 fps version of Star Fox would be very cool. They could do it on the NDS. They should also release the finished, yet unreleased Star Fox 2 game (SNES) while they are at it.

All the Star Fox 2 ideas and content that weren't in Star Fox 64 are in Star Fox Comand which is already for DS so..
someone is out there who will like you. take off your mask so they can find you faster. I support the new Nekketsu Kouha Kunio-kun.

I haven't played SF Command, so I wouldn't know, but the SNES game was pretty much complete. You know, there was that leaked rom and all, which was about 99% playable. It's a pity that that game continues to be ignored by Nintendo. They could even put it on the Virtual Console with very little effort.
