We've had age topics (I think I'm still on top) and boyfriend/girlfriend topics, but I was wondering if there are any married couples out there in the TAS community. Or for that matter, anybody with kids. I became more curious about this because I recently "got married" here in Japan, a process which is entirely decided via paperwork at city hall. There's going to be a ceremony but not until the end of November. No kids yet but it's definitely on our minds for the future.

Engaged, here. Still long term plans at the moment, but we're both hopeful, once she leaves her terrible country behind.

Single again since two months, far from being married (and hopefully even further from having children).

Not single, not engaged, children are sticky.

I've been married for over a year, and we are both childfree.

At 14, and the youngest (to my knowledge) person with a movie published here, my vote is obvious.

Our movies got published in the same week, despite mine being submitted 2 months before Biospark's. The time they were published was 2 months before my May 5th birthday. When's Biospark's birthday?

Been 3,5 years with my girlfriend, I can see us getting engaged/married in 1 or 2 more years and having kids in about 6-7. I'm 21.

How is it obvious? My cousin got married younger than that.

I voted no. Out of curiousity, what country did your cousin get married in?

Feitclub: I thought SXL was the oldest? Chamale: in the age topic I think there was a 12 year old TASer with a published movie.

sorry, I'm not. close call. I'm not married either but just like feitclub, I have a busy life outside those forums, unlike most kids here, and many other guys I see spending way too much time around. I wonder how any adult guy could find some time to TAS up up any elephant, it's way too time consuming. also, I'm a bit surprised by the question. it looks very limited to me, as many people live in a couple without considering neither marriage not engagement, and that most marriages end up in divorces. in fact, I don't see what such a question do on public forums. making me older or feitclub married do not make any of us wiser or skilled. come on, those are just old video games, who cares who any of us is ? let me sum both those ideas up together : once you're not a teen anymore, you get a busy professional and private life (how are you GuanoBowl ?), and gaming becomes just a side occupation like many others. it will happen to all of you... unless you intend to spend the next 50 years playing 80's and 90's video games for a living ;)

Not married, but I've had a girlfriend for almost 2 years now. No plans on getting married nor having children yet, but we'll see how that fares. Perhaps the number of poll answers should increase? I think it would be a good idea to include the option "no, but I'm together with someone", or something like that. Just an idea.

Why, that's good idea. I'll be working on that.

Wikipedia article that JXQ linked to wrote:
Since the suffix "-less" indicates some kind of lack, the term childfree has been adopted to differentiate those who choose not to have children from those who desire children but do not have them.
The thing that bothers me about this argument (same as when I heard about "Topfree") is that -less doesn't at all indicate a desire. How about words like painless? Fearless? And maybe also priceless and careless. To answer the question, I'm unsingled since a few months back, after two and a half years chronical singledom. (What is the proper antonym of single anyway? Probably not double or unsingle.) (edit: fixed most-likely-tag-to-be-messed-up)

"whipped". Funny, I wouldn't know a proper word in any language I know (German, English, French, PHP), except for paraphrasing ("I'm in a relationship", "I'm seeing someone", "I have a girlfriend" or whatever). Don't worry though, the language will become easier once you're engaged or married - or broke up.

which would make his sentence "I multiplied a few months back" :)
