And I recommend a high volume.
It's only a matter of time until someone makes a badgerbadger animation that starts with suspiciously small volume level and suddenly then does the classic "surprise".

I guess you edited it out, but the volume thing is a dead give away. If this is the one I think it is, it's not very scary.

Well, the quote by Bisqwit gave me the idea that if people checked the entire thread before they clicked the link, then they whould be ready for that something fishy was going on. If they didn't they'd get a little surprice. Aparentlly, people read the entire disscution before they act. *Sight* I am sorry for being such an anyoing pice of the webb.

Damn, that was a fun little game there. What a shame whoever who made this had to make it a crappy "shock" flash.

There is a game like that. I played it some days ago. It got extremely difficult after a while. The only time I've been scared by something like this is when I did an "eye-test", where the last test was impossible to make out, and BOOM. They are stupid really, I don't see how people still fall for them...

The first time I fell for one of these was with the classic "What's wrong with this picture?" flash movie. Never before had I been scared while observing a living room...

Same here. I fell for the two first tests I did (in one I was watching a "commercial" of a car driving through the countryside), except for the eye test I did long after I stopped falling for these. I guess there still are people who haven't experienced them.
