"Shoe" is the new profanity word, and it's offensive-avatar-day for me, every day. It began on some board long ago and I have used it ever since. Here's an image I made with that program. I also discovered a bug. If you press up/down/left/right to move something, it actually moves the next item on the list (for example, if you try to move the nose, you actually move the mouth instead).
