In order of absurdity:
1) Cat anus.
2) Breastfeeding.
3) Clown-based Tetris.
4) Hentai dating sims. Can't really call those "actual games", but I could list a dozen things I never thought I'd see just from that category.
At this point, the only thing I truly never expect to ever see in a video game is a old woman who has twenty feet of gray pubic hair, which she uses as a rope like in Rapunzel.
Anything other than that exact scenario is fair game.

Wow, that's one of the weirdest mutations I have seen. Judging from the pictures, his skin basically starts creating nail tissue everywhere instead of just, at nails.

I don't know about you guys, but I have a horrible urge to pick at that thing. I have a feeling it is fake, however - I mean wouldn't that guy sand or even eat those growths away as they formed? It looks like it's made of the same stuff as our nails, so it's not like it would hurt (much). Sucks to be him if it's real, though. I thought I had it bad with those lesion-things that form on my hand that I can easily make go away with a special cream. Here's to modern medicine!
