I have heard nothing of the game, and I suppose this is true for others. maybe a quick description of the game, and anything about the game itself that would make it a good TAS candidate?

As far as I know, it's one of the few SNES mario games that hasn't been run. Of course, there's also "Mario early years: Fun with letters" and the "Fun with Math" game from that series. That would be a quirky TAS, if anyone cares to try. Mario's time machine is about Mario going back in time to save things in the past that Bowser messed up.
