Considering the fact that there was a pretty huge fight when Phil edited JXQ's description/JXQ edited Phil's description, do you really think it was a wise move to jump right in to the editing circle at this point? After Bisqwit basically told everyone to stop editing other people's stuff and discuss it here instead.
In changing the description, I did not take anyone's side. I'm on the side of the movie description. For reasons I already stated, I found it best to change it. And yes, I still do think it was for the best.
EDIT: And I didn't touch Bimmy and Jimmy, I just removed the other part.
Kyrsimys, did you PM Phil with this change? I hope so, because he demanded as such. (However, PMing me is not necessary, since I have not contributed as long as Phil)
You seriously think people would get confused reading a description with Bimmy as the name when it's linked to a relevant screenshot? Does the audience consist of an army of dunces?

I believe that what JXQ is trying to say there is that you staying in this thread makes you look worse, and won't help your arguement.
Furthermore, it gives people who are prone to insulting more fodder to use, because now you appear weak-willed for stating the intention to leave to leave, and then not leaving.
PS: If this carries on between phil and JXQ + Fabian, I think a forum mod is going to have to split this arguement out into off-topic.

Well, I hope that other movie descriptions are treated accordingly. All jokes that don't specifically refer to factual events in that particular game should be removed, for we wouldn't want to confuse our (apparently, fucking stupid) audience.

Just wanted to clarify for everyone who might see this as sarcastic, that if this is not what happens after this discussion, it will be tough to argue that the irresponsible abuse in editing displayed by Phil, what I wrote about in the second post of the thread, is false.

Mario did not go on a killing frenzy after eating poisonous mushrooms. This factually incorrect and frankly unfunny description will confuse our viewers and should be attended to by you at once.
And it doesn't matter if it's from DD2 or DD3, that's the whole point of a JOKE.
It's not the current edit that has me so annoyed. It's your superiority bullshit that you flaunt all over the place.

SMB2 description updated. No more jokes allowed in movie descriptions without gigantic blatant warnings so that no one will confuse tiny ir/relevant as fact.
Mario has eaten too many poisonous mushrooms and as a result, decided to go on a furious killing spree. In this berserker state he has also gained the new secret ability to walk through walls at will. NOTE THAT THIS IS A JOKE. MARIO DID NOT (FACTUALLY) EAT ANY POISONOUS MUSHROOMS. HIS ABILITY TO MOVE THROUGH WALLS IS ACTUALLY DUE TO A CLEVER GLITCH IN THE PROGRAMMING, NOT A BYPRODUCT OF A "BERSERKER STATE."
