Regarding the name conflict Bimmy/Billy by the way, it seems the name is Billy in this game, but Bimmy in DD3. (Look at the ending if you don't believe.)
The screenshot dug up by JXQ is from DD3, not DD2.
If you disagree with this and have further facts to prove your statement, please don't revert the edit of the movie description once again. I don't want the wiki to be a battlefield. Instead, discuss it here.

I think it's very irresponsible of you to edit other people's movie descriptions as you please, just because you don't think they're funny or you think they're stupid or you have a personal attachement to the game or whatever. Kinda an abuse of power, I mean it's not like you're the highest authority around here and overruled some random shitty publisher's shitty movie description.
And it's not like jokes are unheard of in movie descriptions either, as Truncated pointed out:

Bimmy is the correct name. Double Dragon 1 and 2 has typos.
In all seriousness, I'm just trying to put a little fun in the movie descriptions. On the other hand, Phil's continuing abuse of power is a way for him to get his rocks off. Acting like King Shit of Fuck Town and edit anything the way he see fits because he was the one who did the movie before is immature and irresponsible.
Come to think of it, wasn't he the one who edited in his own self-exalting phrase of "This controls two players, that's really hard to do!" Should we add that too, or is it only impressive when Phil does it? Should we put disclaimers on all the movies that Phil feels chated out of, like the lies he threw in the NES Castlevania description?
In closing, a thousand fucking pardons for trying to be funny in movie descriptions. I'll try to be as boring, incorrect, and as self-exalting as Phil has shown to be in my future contributions as editor.

I don't know what you are talking about those supposed lies in Castlevania. I didn't even know there was no more rules when before there were. The rule was to stop the movie when Simon touches the red ball. So, the movie is indeed a little more than 4 seconds faster. But heh, I am wondering why I am losing my time to post this message.

I don't get it. Why is rolling with the Bimmy joke (which didn't even originate from ANN, as was purported) such a terrible thing? Sure, this is DD2 and the typo came from DD3, but I don't think that that should hold someone back from making a relative joke. I'm sure I could make some analogy about the Mario or Megaman series in the same aspect, but I know that my point is already made.

I also should point out that even though the initial description included Bimmy, Phil decided it was his duty to remove it. I reverted it and added the screenshot to avoid confusion, and Phil re-removed it, and said to consult him before making changes to it again.

That would be like me editing someone's random movie description and telling them to not change it back without consulting me first. Who the hell does Phil think he is?
I also thought it was lame of him to run and get Bisqwit after editing, so now Bisqwit could say "Don't turn the wiki into an edit war", even though Phil has done exactly that. Phil could have brought the discussion up instead of editing, but surprise surprise, he's abusing his editing privileges. I also could easily have reverted it myself and THEN said "no more editing", but I'm trying to keep things mature and respect the admin's decision even if I don't agree with it - two things Phil has yet to grasp.
To be clear, Phil didn't remove the quote - I did because I think it's rude for someone to pick and choose how to phrase another person's words.
Situations like this make it easy to feel like one's contributions are taken for granted.

For f**k sake remove the phrase "thats really hard to do"
as its deeply unfair on other 2p movies without that description and it casts a unneccesscary shadow over some of the other 1p runs.

I removed the "That's really hard to do!" line. It is no longer relevant because one player controlling two characters is a common practice these days. Also, inside jokes/sarcasm/puns that are impossible for the average joe to understand do not, of course, belong in movie descriptions.
