>Are you referring to the videos at darktemplarz? That name sounds very familiar, yes. I think it is by him (them?). If their site is down, I can put it up on rapidshare or somewhere. The first part of it is dedicated to Shang Tsung combos.

If I'm not mistaken, it's probably impossible to do some of those combos seen in the arcade. This is simply because of all the system changes. For example, sprites are smaller on the SNES. I've actually tried pulling off some of those combos on the SNES, and it just won't work. I think the physics in that version may be slightly altered.

What I'm really interested in is really cool 100% Morph Combos. Like for example do some air Combos with the net with Cryax, then Morph into Striker while they're still in air and keep air Combo going. So many possibilities.
Yes...have a lot of possibilities....I will try to do some 100% Morphs...But is hard...because need to wait much time to morph back in Shang Tsung... I maded a test WIP with the new settings...doenst Desync for me (I use Snes9ximprovement7)...can someone test the WIP if will desync??

The newest submission took some retries to watch. Had to fast forward to each round in order for the game not to desync. Irritating. Hopefully the emulation will get better in the future. :) So what should we do now when we got two great submissions done for this game? I hope people continue to massacre this game. Cheers and good luck!

Works for me also. That first fight was extremely impressive. Perhaps you'll be able to do more combos from the arcarde than I thought. I hope so. :)

shallow, your avatar is too wide. Avatars are restricted to 80 pixels in width and height, as stated by Forum Rules.

Odd. I had another picture there but the site hosting it is apparently having problems, thus it was replaced with the site's logo instead. Don't you just hate when that happens? It's not that I didn't know the rules (how could you not see it when it's right there when you're picking your avatar?), it's just that the website I was using wasn't as reliable as I had hoped. Anyways, to get back on topic, there are some other characters with some impressive 100% combos. Stryker can obviously kill by himself, but I don't know if Shang Tsung will stay as Stryker long enough to do it. Ermac is a great juggler, as is Mileena, but less so. That link posted by VANDAL has a couple videos that have 100% combos. What about Noob and Rain, though? They are obviously the ultimate in juggling, but they are also so freakin' cheap. Are you going to use them?

Yeah !! Some infinites works in SNES... \o/ See the WIP ...in the first round I use the Shang Tsung infinte...in second round I tried to make a good combo with Morphs...But is really hard...you need to wait a lot of time to turn back in Shang Tsung to Morph again... =\ Is that type of combo (in second round) that you want? If no I will try again... =)

Wow, that was pretty cool. I was doing some testing and ground combos suck, juggling is best. I think that pretty much anything you do would be fine because it is difficult to work with the SNES version.

You continue to impress me. :) I must agree with VANDAL that ground combos aren't as impressive as juggle combos. The only time I think ground combos would be appropriate is when the enemy has only a bit of health left. Or to finish an infinite. So let's consider those with pop ups. From the top of my head, there's Sektor, Sonya, Classic Sub-Zero, Mileena, Sindel, Liu Kang, Sheeva, Stryker, Kabal, Ermac, Human Smoke, Kano and Reptile. Nightwolf kind of has one, but as opposed to knocking them high into the air, it's just his Axe Swing that doesn't make the enemy vulnerable to much else. There are probably a few more I forgot, but like I said, that's just off the top of my head. Hope this helps!

Juggles in SNES is really hard...Relaunch combos maybe can be useful...but only works VS Robot chars...works against Sheeva and Shao Kan too...

This is the starter run and to me it looks good. I don't find it boring because it's rough sometimes to make a run of a fighting game that's not too repetetive so don't doubt your work so much. The glitched fatality is cool, all botched and all. This being the starter run of UMK3 it may just go like the MKII runs, a relatively simple run transformed into a piece of work so like I said don't doubt your work so much. If anyone has any ideas to contribute then by all means please do, we're really looking into making another fantastic run of a Mortal Kombat game.

Why would you possibly think that this run is boring!? This run is freakin' awesome! Great combos, funny glitches, and lots of variability! Keep up the great work. :)

I don't know much about MK3 except that apparently it has worse graphics and sound than MK2.

Here is a very hard to do Rain infinite. It has to be like frame perfect almost. It starts off very glitchy and cool. Scorp flys to the other side of the screen!

Beautiful man, this run is looking very promising so keep it up. And to verify, Shang Tsung Cannot morph into Rain or Noob Saibot which sucks but to be quite honest it shouldn't affect the run too much since there are plenty of alternatives. Edit: The second round with Jax is fine, juggling is difficult (at least I find it to be) so it's always fun to see it in different situations.
