For GBJAM8, Joshua Robertson (@jrobertson774 on Twitter) made a GB demake of The Binding of Isaac (https://jrob774.itch.io/the-binding-of-isaac-gbjam8-edition) in the span of roughly a week.
You can complete it very fast by having good luck and holding down. This is because the boss room has no boss and completely ends the game. No items are required and neither is killing enemies. Enjoy

arkiandruski: While I like GameJAM, and I think it's an important event, the tight production schedule doesn't always allow for fully completed projects.
This game is a very good example of that. At most, it feels like a demo. The maker of the game refers to it as a prototype on the store page. There are no bosses, and no satisfying challenges at the end. Instead all you have to do is reach the room that should have a boss, which as this run shows, has a chance to be the room right next to the starting room.
According to GameChoiceInGeneral, unofficial games need to reach a minimum threshold to be considered, and sadly this game falls far short. As such, I am going to reject this run.
