Very much enjoyed that, although it was really surreal to see the stages finished so quickly. Even in a TAS.

I'd say that because of a choice of games more so than any lack of optimization that I just found this run very boring to watch. Sorry to say I am voting no.

I voted meh after watching the whole video. The run itself seems fine to someone such as myself that has never played the game. It's extremely boring though. There is almost literally nothing entertaining about watching this game.

The run was great as far as timing and precision, but the game wasn't very interesting to watch to me. Voted meh.

I'd never played this game or even heard of it that I can remember, but the video was enjoyable enough and looked very well planned to me, voting yes.

It even uses some of the same submission text as axelito's SNES Super Bomberman 4 in 23:22.52 which was linked by sgrunt. I can't see any reason to consider this a legitimate submission. I am voting no.
