Why are you using the European version instead of the American version? The European Saturn runs at 50 FPS, while the American Saturn runs at 60 FPS. EDIT: "But all I found is a EU version which is the slowest of all." Then you didn't search hard enough.

The real question would be why would he TAS the Saturn version knowing the notoriously awful framerate.
