! Bobomb Battlefield
*On the elevators beside the wooden bridge closest to start
*On the side of the short green "hill" with the red coin on it
*On the small slope at the bottom the hole in the ground where the black balls fall down
*On an arrow shaped sign pointing to the entrance of the fence surrounding the mountain

! Whomp's Fortress
*On the stairs leading to the Piranha Plant with the red coin behind it
*On the low ceiling the lowest Thwomp creates while it's on the ground
*Between the ground and the lowest step along the Fortress wall
*On the rising elevators leading up to the fortress (or to the King Whomp's platform)

! Jolly Roger Bay
*In the corner on the top of the ship, when the ship is in a certain position
*In a low ceiling between two walls of the drained inside of the ship
*On the slope of the rock containing the cannon

! Cool Cool Mountain

*In a low ceiling right by the red coin between the two wooden bridges, at the bottom of the level
*In between two walls close to the arrow-shaped set of coins at the bottom of the level, around the "Wall Kicks Will Work" star area

! Big Boo's Haunt

*On the rising elevator leading down to the merry-go-round
*Under one of the "secret books"
*In the top corner of the bookshelf with the red coin on it that borders two walls

! Hazy Maze Cave

*On the elevator leading down to the water area with Dorrie
*On the yellow, red and black coloured elevator, as it rises
*On the other yellow, red and black coloured elevator, also as it rises
*On the elevator leading to the "Navigating the Toxic Maze" star...also as it rises

! Lethal Lava Land

*On an elevator in the volcano, as it rises

! Shifting Sand Land

*On top of the thwomp in the pyramid, as it rises
*On the downwards slope leading to Eyerok, in the pyramid
*On top of the grating with the 1up on it and the amp underneath it, in the pyramid
*On top of the other thwomp in the pyramid

! Snowman's Land

*In the entrance of the igloo (from inside it)
*Under the ramp leading up to the bully
*In any one of the cube-like entrances to the Deep Freeze ice structure

! Wet-Dry World

*On the Express Elevator, as it rises
*On the gray slope leading up to the cannon
*On top of the brown box that covers the Express Elevator entrance, when the Elevator is at it's lowest point
*On the other side of that brown box, from the inside of the Elevator "chamber"
*Against the low ceilings on the open slits of the two mesh entrances to the town (when the water is lowered)

! Tall Tall Mountain

*Against the vertical edge of the Ukiki-side of the log, with Mario facing towards the level

! Tiny Huge Island

*Beside the fire spitter on the "beach" in Tiny Island
