00:24.62 Improvement over: [4975] SNES Stone Protectors "2 players" by Technickle in 16:29.90

00:00.55 improvement over previous frame count of 58,102
level 1 is currently stuck at 01:29.05 would have to find a way to improve the boss approach, for now it's relying on fast boss approach at it's current progression
level 2 is fairly pace-locked at 02:44.82 as the boss doesn't become vulnerable for a number of frames
level 3 is an auto-scroller, so any improvement is denied. I saved 00:00.02 on a previous file before this one so this file uses that input 04:11.30
level 4 relies on fast boss approach I couldn't find an improvement, mix and matching faster inputs negates the glider enemy from either spawning in and waiting or not spawning at all 05:24.68
level 5 is RNG hell. It did receive an improvement from the tree enemies which this file uses. Wraith is a complete nightmare no matter the circumstances. The pattern I got here is the best I could do 06:47.48
level 6 also relies on fast boss approach. Throwing the rock earlier or later didn't save or lose time, so it's a little awkward in its current state. 08:15.43
level 7 also relies on 'you guessed it' fast boss approach. Nothing notable here. 10:03.60
level 8 = auto-scroller 12:33.65
level 9 also relies on fast boss approach, I manage to sneak in a faster hit on the boss as it approaches the corner, using the corner is beneficial because it allows me to use mic toss to end the fight quickly. 14:19.13
level 10 was originally ending at 58,094 however I overlooked that I somehow didn't mic toss at the start of the fight which automatically is slower, so I redid the fight entirely to get a better frame count of 58,069

Possible Improvements:

  • saving another 00:01.17 for the elusive 57,999 frame count (how this is doable is beyond me currently)
ending the frame count at 69 seems to be a running theme as of late...
