JUST READ THE FUCKING RULES GODDAMNIT! Is there any reason about doing it on PAL Version? If the reason is to seem stupid, you can do it on NTSC version, and good luck optimising TAS here. :)

First of all: Do not compare NTSC with PAL as simple as you do, there might be slight differences in the game.
Also the NTSC run is suboptimal as it is stated in the submission text.
